Default Need an alternative to B/p builds in Tomb of primevil kings

I am a W/Mo, wanting to beat tomb of the Primevil Kings. Yet i cannot do this because the only successful build i know of doesn't use Warriors (Barrage/pet). What are some team and/or solo builds that can also beat tombs?

B/P exists primarly because warriors are nearly premamently blinded in Tombs. There is no real functional way to avoid this, as the shear numbers of graps will overwhelm you, and leave you, well, blinded.

Unless you have a guild group or group of friends forming up, don't expect any of your non-B/P ideas to warrant a party invite no matter how good they are.

Sure you could grab a healer or two, an orders, a mm, a nuker, a B/P, and then just go in as a cyclone/tripe chop axe or soemthing...other stuff works fine you just won't get much inetrest from 99.9% of the pugs people hanging out there.

Perhaps some variation on this build? Blindness has no impact on it and there are no monk enchantments to get stripped off. Gladiator's Defense could be used in place of SoJ. Don't bring any enchantments though. Deadly Riposte could be used as well, I just didn't want to add too many energy skills.

I'm not saying this will get you onto a team, just presenting an "outside the box" build that allows a warrior to function in Tombs.

Warrior Monk Smiting

Tactics: 16 (12+4)
Smiting Prayers: 12
Protection Prayers: 3

- Signet of Judgment [Elite] (Smiting Prayers)
Target foe is knocked down. That foe and all adjacent foes take 63 holy damage.
Energy:0 Cast:2 Recharge:25

- Bane Signet (Smiting Prayers)
Target foe takes 50 holy damage. If that foe was attacking, he is knocked down.
Energy:0 Cast:2 Recharge:25

- Holy Strike (Smiting Prayers)
Touched target foe takes 46 holy damage. If knocked down, your target takes an additional 46 holy damage.
Energy:5 Cast:0.75 Recharge:8

- Stonesoul Strike (Smiting Prayers)
Touched target foe takes 46 holy damage. If knocked down, your target takes an additional 46 holy damage.
Energy:5 Cast:0.75 Recharge:8

- Spear of Light (Smiting Prayers)
Spear of Light flies toward target foe and deals 50 holy damage if it hits. Spear of Light deals +51 damage if it hits an attacking foe.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:15

- Riposte (Tactics)
For 8 seconds, while you have a sword equipped, you block the next attack against you, and your attacker takes 84 damage.
Adrenaline:4

- Bonetti's Defense (Tactics)
For 11 seconds, you have a 75% chance to "block" incoming melee attacks and arrows. You gain 5 Energy for each successful melee attack blocked. Bonetti's Defense ends if you use a skill.
Adrenaline:8

- Rebirth (Protection Prayers)
Resurrect target party member. Target party member is returned to life with 25% Health and zero Energy, and is teleported to your current location. All of target's skills are disabled for 8 seconds. This Spell consumes all of your remaining Energy.
Energy:10 Cast:6 Recharge:0

Use the knockdowns with the signets followed with holy strike/stonesoul strike for the bonus damage.

A sword with +5 energy and gladiators armor gets you over 30 energy to work with. Ripostes could be replaced with something else if a +energy axe is preferred. A smiting focus could be kept in an alt slot for emergency energy.

First off, there is no solo build (especially a warrior solo build) that has been able to solo ToPK that I'm aware of.

Definitely switch your secondary from /Mo to /Me. The negative impacts to being a /Mo (i.e. removal of enchantments - which may not be ones you cast on yourself, but ones the monks/necros cast on you) is too great to keep that class, IMO.

Use the following build and you should be very successful, even if you somehow get into a B/P group as an aggro holder...

Tactics 16 (12+1+3)
Strength 13 (12+1)
6 wasted points (you can put it into Sword, but it won't give you any bonus)

Gladiator's Defense (E)
Shield Stance
Bonetti's Defense
Dolyak Signet
Watch Yourself!
Riposte
I Will Survive!
Ressurection Signet

The key is to keep one of your three stances up at all times, along with Dolyak and Watch Yourself! Your primary job (along with any minions) is to keep the Grasps off of the Rangers/Casters, so holding aggro is critical. I Will Survive is a nice bonus since you'll likely have 3-4 conditions on you at all times, which provides almost automatic max health regeneration.

It's next to impossible to find a non B/P group for Tombs, but when I do so with my warrior, I bring Plague Signet and target any of the graspings that slip past me. I chose signet over touch since it gets rid of all conditions on you at once, is ranged and doesn't cost energy as I often get drained out of energy in there.

Otherwise, stances to keep you standing while you try your best to block as many graspings as you can. Watch youself is nice.

Tombs is also henchable, though there is one part on the second map with 4 spiders just inside a tunnel (2 on each side, on a hill) that would be very hard to do with henchmen.

Its been a while since I've done tombs as a warrior...but i remember liking w/n because of plague touch. Blinds are gone off you and you throw them on the grasps.

1 Glads Stance
2 Bonnettis
3 dolyak
4 Plague Touch
5 Healing Sig (this can be trouble...but not sure what else other than Endure pain to buy time for your monks)
6 Ripost
7 Distracting Blow/Savage Slash
8 Res Sig
